Mini introduces a new Countryman edition

Mini Malaysia is introducing a new limited edition Mini Countryman to our country known as the Mini Countryman Park Lane. This isn’t the first time a Mini model has been named after the legendary and prestigious Mini showroom located at the respected suburb of Mayfair but it is the first time a Countryman was bestowed the name.
The Countryman Park Lane is easily distinguished from its other Countryman counterparts with its Mini All4 Bodykit in Earl Grey body finish while the roof and mirror caps are covered in a special new colour known as Oak Red. The same Oak red stripes run the gamut of the bonnet, tailgate and lower side section as well.
Mini’s characteristic side turn indicator surrounds in chrome is also covered in Oak Red with the “Park Lane” emblem inscribed over it. The Countryman Park Lane wears 18-inch light alloy wheels in a Turbo Fan Dark Grey design.
Inside, the Countryman Park Lane’s surfaces have been covered in Cross Stripe Grey while the door bezel and cockpit surfaces are in Oxide Grey. Taking precedence is the Mini Connected app that offers drivers with new functions such as the Mini Streetwise, an improved Sports Instrument, Force Metre and more.
Underneath the bonnet, the Countryman Park Lane shares the same power unit as the Cooper S Countryman, a 1.6-litre Mini TwinPower Turbo unit which generates 190bhp and 240Nm complete with an overboost function that increases the torque readings to 260Nm. It’s capable of making the century sprint in 7.8 seconds and hitting a top speed of 212kph.
The special edition Countryman Park Lane is limited to only 88 units in Malaysia with an asking price of RM253,888.00 on the road without insurance. If you don’t already know, Mini Malaysia has introduced a new Four Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty and the Mini Countryman Park Lane will receive the special benefits of this new warranty.
